Banana-saving muffins
Banana Saviour is at work again! *grin*
This time making it a more yummy treat.... banana muffins!! With a twist... added crumbs at the top of the muffins to give a an extra crunch and added sweetness.
Don't they look like chwee kueh?
Cooking in the oven and rising gradually... Once they rose so much that mummy burst into laughter when she peeped at them! Haha!
"Roasting" and tanning themselves... I love their colour! I also want!!
The finished product. Mmmm...
I made so many this time round I feel like I'm in the production line!
